Summary

Integrate AI-powered Text-to-Speech (TTS) functionality into NethVoice to enhance voice interactions in dial plans, enable dynamic communication with third-party systems, and improve configuration flexibility in VisualPlan.


💡 Motivation

Currently, NethVoice uses static audio prompts or manual recordings in dial plans. This approach limits automation and adaptability — particularly for real-time, data-driven scenarios.

By implementing AI-based TTS, NethVoice can dynamically generate natural-sounding speech from text, enabling more intelligent, flexible, and responsive IVR and call flows.


✨ Proposed Functionality

1. TTS Integration in Dial Plan

  • Dynamically convert text to speech in real-time.

  • Use TTS output for:

    • IVR and CQR announcements and prompts.
    • Interaction with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) modules.
    • Spoken responses to data retrieved from third-party APIs (CRM, ERP, ticketing, etc.).

2. TTS in VisualPlan

  • Add a TTS Action Node within VisualPlan.
