[Logic] 50:50 Lifeline

As a user, I want to use 50:50 Lifeline so I can have 2 incorrect answers removed.

Acceptance criteria

Verify, consult and update before starting.

• Lifeline section appears.
• 50:50 Lifeline is available.
• It can be used once per quiz.
• When clicked, 2 incorrect answers are removed. The flag on the Answer object is set to true.
