I am happy with this PR. I noted that it remove the sorting functionality. This should be added to pyutils (and maybe rooutils if useful in ROOT analysis too). For pyutils: Mu2e/pyutils#23 |

This also includes some configuration updates for the decalib tuple instance. If the sort turns out to be important for physics, the filling of the parameter branches will need to be refactored.
