Application not found error

trying to cross-post right now, I get this message

Medium Error: Application not found (6005)
Is there any issue with the plugin ?
I'm using version 1.4.0 with WordPress 4.8.8

Also experiencing the same. Running WordPress version 5.0.3 and plugin version 1.4.0.

Same issue here and token generator has been removed from Medium Page. :(

Can someone please fix this.
