@sploiselle, please feel free to ask any questions. There are two things that you'll probably want to change:
generator/distributions-- this control the schema for both keys and values, as well as the distributions for the random data written to the Kafka topiccreate_views/views/aggregation_views.sql-- this file contains the definition for the actual views that you want to create.
