Odd course rendering after save

Steps to reproduce

1. Draw route on OMM routegadget site
2. Click save
3. Dismiss acknowledgement dialog
4. Scroll out (to see more map) one level

Expected results

• Route appears as drawn
• Control joining lines take the shortest path

Actual results

• Route goes to top left corner of map
• Control joining lines are rotated slightly and don't join centres of controls

Firefox 58.0a1 (2017-10-30) (64-bit) on Kubuntu
