implement https://api.openai.com/v1/responses/{response_id}

can't seem to find support for getting a responses request, e.g. https://api.openai.com/v1/responses/{response_id}

not a huge deal to write my own GET, but am i missing something?

Hi @gopatrik , no you are right, it's not implemented in the library. If you do implement your GET, do you think you could do it as part of this library and make PR? It should be easy enough, but can't be sure, will be able to check later
