Add RTL Direction Support

I am writing an application that can be displayed in both English and Arabic, which are LTR and RTL, respectively. The stepper is great when in English, but when I add the dir="rtl" prop to the Stepper component in case of Arabic display, the connector direction is not changed, causing the issue shown in the image below.
