DPI Regression with 1.108

By default, the text is now blurry when using koboldcpp-1.108.2, unlike in previous versions. "Override high DPI scaling behavior" with "Application" fixes it, but this wasn't necessary before.

While easy to fix by the user, might be worth to look into.

This was done by lostruins because of the many scaling issues that existed. Personally i'd be fine leaving the old scaling enabled for windows and mac, the dragging and dropping between monitors is less common than the blurryness and to small windows now.

Yeah DPI independence is needed because of #1979

I don't know if there's a good solution for people who run multi monitor setups with different DPI. it's a nightmare to deal with
