configure port used by logexpert

maybe i am missing something, but whenever logexpert is running it opens port 5001 and i cant change it to a different one

netstat -ano | findstr "5001"

this is the standard port for grpc and the crossthread communication that will be replaced with named pipes

since it will be replaced with named pipes, it will be removed, currently a lot of work so unable to implement right away

Removed GRPC and added NamedPipes, port should no longer be a problem
