v1.12.0 - Importing highlighting config is broken

• Replication steps:
  1. Go to Options -> Highlighting and triggers
  2. Import -> Select a file exported with v1.11.2 (here's the file I triggered the issue with: go_log_level_highlighting.json)
  3. Select any options for importing
  4. Nothing is imported
• Reverting to v1.11.2 has it still working.
