Version 1.11 complains about .net 8 even after installing the runtime

I ran the new 1.11 version and i was prompted to install .net 8

But even after installing it from this link:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-8.0.13-windows-x64-installer?cid=getdotnetcore

And even after rebooting, LogExpert still refuses to start and shows the same .net missing dialog.

which windows version are you running?

I checked again, in the sandbox I got the same Issue, the problem is the GRPC uses components of the ASP.NET Core Runtime, this means you have to install this
64bits https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-aspnetcore-8.0.13-windows-x64-installer
32bits https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-aspnetcore-8.0.13-windows-x86-installer

this should fix the app not starting

I'm running Windows 11 24H2

I think i have a sort of idea on what happened:

The first time i run logexpert i got the message and installed aspnetcore.
Then i ran logexpert again an i got a veeeeeery similar error message and i did not notice that now it was complaining about desktop runtime. That's why in my first message i pasted the desktop runtime link and in fact aspnetcore is already installed.

Anyway, i installed desktop runtime and it's ok now.
