Summary

Formatter-only compatibility repair based on exact canonical main c2cd6fd7cc1315252f58bb4c0ccefee577a81e42.

Scope is six formatter-required lines only:

remove five nightly-only rustfmt settings from .rustfmt.toml
remove trailing whitespace from the doc-comment blank line in crates/forge_main/src/info.rs

Validation

cargo fmt --all
cargo fmt --all -- --check
git diff --check

All checks passed.

This PR makes no A+ or release claim.

Require Copilot chat endpoint support

For Copilot accounts that return a model whose supported_endpoints does not include /chat/completions, this still marks the model usable as long as it has limits and tool metadata. The GitHub Copilot provider is wired to https://api.githubcopilot.com/chat/completions, so selecting a messages- or responses-only model exposed by this list will send the request to the wrong endpoint and fail; gate on supported_endpoints before returning true.

Superseded by #109, which is correctly based on current KooshaPari/forgecode main (2a125999) and contains only the stable rustfmt policy diff. Closing without merge.
