Missing model weights and inference data files

I'm setting up DeepCodon locally for an E. coli optimization pipeline. I have the codebase running, but I'm missing the pre-trained weights and inference data to proceed.

Could you share the download links for these missing assets?

Let me know if there's a recommended release package I should be using instead. Appreciate your time!
