Inevntory Manager - Memory Card Disappears on Chunk Unload

Describe

Memory cards disappear from inventory manager when a chunk is unloaded, including during world closure.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place card in inventory manager (does not need to be bound)
2. Exit and re-enter world, or otherwise unload and reload the chunks.
3. The manager will be empty. All programs using the manager will throw a "no bound player" error.
