We should add a method setHandlePlayerRotation(boolean) to keyboard upgrade.
When player rotate their character, the rotation will be canceled, instead, an event "player_rotate", xRotOffset, yRotOffset will fire.
This allows player to control their spaceships naturally (like what they can do in other games).
