In this PR,
dpnp.appendanddpnp.asarray_chk_finiteare implementedorderkeyword ineye,ones,zeros,full, andemptyfunctions in NumPy only supports"C"and"F", anddpnpdoes not have any limitation in this regard. Docstring of these functions indpnpis updated to reflect this fact.
