feat: Add source_file_id to Example class and query

This PR adds source_file_id to the Example class and GraphQL query in the Python client, mirroring the changes made in the fog repository's feat/bun branch.

Changes:

1. Added source_file_id field to the Example class in indico/types/questionnaire.py
2. Updated the GraphQL query in indico/queries/questionnaire.py to include sourceFileId in the query
3. Updated the test to check for the presence of source_file_id in the Example object

This change allows the Python client to work with the updated API that uses source_file_id instead of just datafile_id.
