• Putting missing country correction code in ISCN_3 (fixedCountryLayerData)
• Remove NA columns from study table
• Fix if/else and assignment syntax
• replace length() with ncol() or nrow()
• Make variable of filter pipe and profile data
• Removing last if/else is.na() and instead initiate variable at beginning of function with same message as a string
• fix modification date in ISCN3 (Jorgenson_NPS needs it but what others?)
