Extending support for characters needed for Roman transliteration of Sanskrit

This is a feature request.

Support for Latin characters with diacritics needs to be extended.

I found the following characters that aren't present in IBM Plex font family.

1. ṭ
2. ḍ
3. ṣ
4. ḥ
5. ṁ
6. ṃ
7. ṅ
8. ṇ
9. ḷ

These characters are extensively used for Roman Transliteration of Sanskrit/Devanāgarī alphabets.

I, too, would like this. It’s presumably not that hard to do, as all you need to do is put combining dot below or above on a few characters.
