Issue #171

This PR shows how to track runs of scenarios using mlflow and scenario server.

@bradleyjeck I added my self in Reviewer list while we refactor to code specially inside src folder. Also, we do not want to use the word IoT, WO and etc, we have configurations in HF and per configuration we have a leaderboard.

@bradleyjeck Changes are on the way, so I will update the entire procedure for making any code. Wait for a while.

@jdsheehan Also, will keep you posted on the changes. There are some backlogs that need to be prepared, and we want to ensure that every reviewer gives a thumbs-up before any merge.
