Description
Fixes #8352
The endpoint to the gas prices dataset seems to have moved, so I adjusted it and updated the schema to include the columns that were added in the update. Update dataset found on State of NY website here: https://data.ny.gov/Energy-Environment/Gasoline-Retail-Prices-Weekly-Average-by-Region-Be/nqur-w4p7
