[Feature Request] Better integration with Jellyfin

Describe the solution you'd like
Have the ability to sync all watch history from jellyfin to Yamtrack either by logging in through your own user or other means.

This would allow users to have an actual watchlist sync with shows they already watched. And be alerted to when new seasons or episodes come out for their show.

I'm working on an API for Yamtrack (#924) just for this reason basically.
When I'll be finished I hope to be able to create a plugin for Jellyfin to sync them better.

Did you get the jellyfin to yamtrack watch status update?
I followed the guide but it doesn't seem to update yamtrack about the playback
