[Bug] Cotabby Cat over other display elements

Summary

The Tabby Cat is over other elements making it difficult to see or interact with the content underneath.

Environment

• macOS version: 26.5
• Host app: Floorp
• Cotabby engine: Apple Intelligence / Open Source
• Model name (if Open Source): tabby-1-pro
• Accessibility permission granted: yes
• Input Monitoring permission granted: yes
• Screen Recording permission granted: yes

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Floorp or probably another browser
2. Navigate to the top bar
3. See cat in the way

Expected behavior

Not show this cat all the time as it as absolutely no practical use

We've reduced its size, and it's also can be disabled under Field Indicator
