[Bug] Cotabby closes when I open an app (such as Apple Notes)

Description

I have allowed all permissions and installed the recommended LLM.
The input editor I normally use is for Japanese text called “ATOK”, but the issue occurs when I use Apple’s MacOS input editor also.
I use a MacBook Air M2 and Mac mini M4 with the OS setup in Japanese.
In setting up Cotabby, I chose Japanese.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Cotabby, and Cotabby appears in the MenuBar
2. Open Apple Notes
3. Cotabby closes (crashes?), and the icon disappears from the Menu Bar
4. Start up Cotabby again, but the same things occur.

Expected Behavior

When using Cotabby, I expect that Cotabby will run when I open an app.

• macOS version: 26.5
