Fallback Script issue

when i use an external player and a video loads,
if it's not at the begining of the video my player will load the last played point.
script player will load a fallback script if no script is present.

but, the script is not looped, but if i run the video back to the begining, exit and reenter the video, then it is looped.
this is fairly consistent. my external player is zoom player.

i don't know if others have this issue or not, i am on the latest beta and still have this issue.
