Health records sit scattered across hospitals, clinics, labs, apps, and inboxes. Every appointment starts from scratch. Every new doctor reads the same story you've already told a dozen times.

Fluent puts your health story in one place — a continuous timeline you actually own — so you never have to start over, repeat yourself, or lose what matters.

Health software has to be three things at once: clear for the person using it, rigorous for the clinicians it serves, and secure by default — because health data isn't ordinary data.

That shapes our engineering:

• FHIR-native, cloud-agnostic. Every service speaks the standard. Every component runs on infrastructure we can move.
• Defence-in-depth, end-to-end. Zero-trust access between services, mutual TLS on the wire, encryption at rest with hardware-backed keys, short-lived credentials, signed and attested build artifacts. Security is the floor, not a feature.
• Generative AI at the core. Healthcare runs on a tidal wave of documents — handwritten prescriptions, scanned reports, consult notes across a dozen languages, each in its own bespoke format. Our generative models tame that complexity and turn it into structured, queryable health data you actually own.
• Humans validate, not just review. Every piece of clinical data is checked against source for correctness before it lands on a timeline. No inference passes as fact.
• Designed for India, ready for the world. DPDPA-aligned, ABDM-interoperable, with controls mapped to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

Some of our stack is product. Some of it is plumbing. We open the plumbing — the pieces other teams shouldn't have to rebuild from scratch.

featbit-ios-sdk A client-side feature-flag SDK for Swift/iOS, a sibling port of FeatBit's .NET and React Native client SDKs. Evaluates flags locally and keeps them fresh by streaming updates from any FeatBit server over WebSocket (with a polling fallback), with lifecycle-aware sync that follows the app's foreground/background state and SwiftUI helpers for live-updating views.

featbit-android-sdk A client-side feature-flag SDK for Kotlin/Android, ported from FeatBit's .NET client SDK. terraform-provider-medplum A Terraform provider for managing Medplum FHIR resources, access policies, projects, client applications, project memberships, users, and FHIR profiles.

terraform-stack-plan A Terraform Stack Plan utility that merges multiple plan.json files (e.g. from a Terramate multi-stack run) into one reviewer-friendly markdown report for a PR comment: a summary table, collapsible per-stack diffs, optional rule-based classification (e.g. flag IAM changes), and a budget-aware renderer that keeps the comment under GitHub's 65,536-byte cap. Standalone offline CLI — reads plan.json, writes markdown. No network, no credentials.

terraform-provider-typesense A Terraform provider for managing Typesense collections, documents, API keys, aliases, presets, stopwords, synonym sets, curation sets, analytics rules, conversation models, NL search models, and stemming dictionaries.

gravitee-policy-token-exchange A Gravitee APIM policy plugin that orchestrates the Cache -> Token Request -> Cache Store -> Header Injection lifecycle for RFC 8693 (Token Exchange) and standard OAuth2 refresh token flows, consolidating these steps into a single execution unit; thus improving performance, simplifying API definitions, and ensuring consistent error handling and tracing context propagation.

gravitee-reporter-otel-logs A Gravitee APIM reporter plugin that emits structured per-request log records via the OpenTelemetry Logs SDK with export modes for otlp and gcloud, as well as support for W3C trace context fields enabling cross-service correlation with Google Cloud Trace and Sentry.

gravitee-reporter-prometheus A Prometheus reporter plugin for the Gravitee API Gateway. Drop it into your gateway, point Prometheus at it, and run Gravitee inside a Kubernetes-native observability stack without writing the glue yourself.
