Content-Type: text/plain and Content-Type: text/html for outgoing messages

For better user experience it would be great to send both variants of an outgoing message

Agree. I imagine this will be done in TS core?

I think so. But need to think about that. We can have 2 different cases.

1. New message. it's clear and simple. We can use TS core.
2. Reply and Reply All, Forward. It's a little complicated. I've found that I can create a similar UI as Gmail has for such a screen. I mean I can show EDITABLE WebView, for example like this one

Then we can use HTML for quoted text instead of a plain text( maybe only for a simple message for now)

In both cases, TS core can accept html without issues (if we add the functionality). Then it can convert the html to text as well, and encode both versions in mime.

One more thing. In Gmail and other email clients, a user can edit an original text in a reply message. But to get the modified content I need to use JavaScript to retrieve HTML. So as I understand we don't have an ability to provide such functionality because we have disabled JavaScript in our WebView

On chrome extension, I take the textual version and convert that to html simply by changing \n to <br>.

The reason is that I find many quoted html emails get quite messy, so I like that the quoting process "pacifies" the rich content. Nobody complained yet :) I would do the same on Android, for now.
