HelpDot Documentation Review

Overall Assessment

This PR updates a single article, Create-and-Use-Custom-Agents.md, to reflect that adding an agent as a Copilot on your own account is now available (previously marked Coming soon). It removes future-tense Coming soon language, adds an intro paragraph and a new bullet describing the delegated-access behavior, updates two cross-links to valid target articles, and reorders two FAQ entries. The edits are small (10 additions, 11 deletions), focused, and consistent with the existing article structure.

Scores Summary

  • Readability: 9/10 - Sentences are clear, benefit-focused, and well scoped. The new intro paragraph and act-on-your-behalf bullet read cleanly. Minor nit: two edited lines end with a trailing space.
  • AI Readiness: 9/10 - Full feature names (Copilot, New Expensify, delegated access) are used consistently, the updated description reflects real search intent, internalScope is present and unchanged, and heading hierarchy (single top-level heading plus FAQ, task/question-based subheadings) is preserved.
  • Style Compliance: 9/10 - UI terminology and Copilot casing are correct. The two cross-links were corrected: the previous Copilot-Access target does not exist, while the new targets (Act-as-a-Copilot and Manage-Copilot-Access) are valid relative links with descriptive anchor text. FAQ questions retain proper question-based phrasing.

Key Findings

  • Correctly removes Coming soon framing and updates the body, bullet list, and FAQ to describe the now-available delegated-access behavior in a consistent voice.
  • Cross-link fix is a real improvement: the old /articles/new-expensify/settings/Copilot-Access path had no matching file, and both new link targets exist in the repo.
  • Minor: trailing whitespace on a couple of edited lines. Worth trimming for cleanliness but non-blocking.
  • FAQ reorder places the add-an-agent-as-a-Copilot question before the can-an-agent-make-mistakes question; both remain valid question-based headings.

Recommendations

  • Trim the trailing spaces on the two edited lines.
  • Optional: confirm the phrasing within the permissions you have granted matches the exact in-product Copilot permission wording so the article stays UI-exact.

Files Reviewed

  • docs/articles/new-expensify/ai-agents/Create-and-Use-Custom-Agents.md - Approved with minor nits. Accurate content update, valid cross-links, compliant structure and headings.
