1. Create a workspace
2. Create an expense in the workspace chat
3. Navigate to Spend/ Expenses
4. Tap the expense from step 2, tap "1 selected"
5. Tap Delete and confirm
6. Tap back button and navigate to the Account tab/ Troubleshoot
7. Tap Clear cache and confirm
8. Tap Delete on the Delete modal
9. Verify that expense is deleted.

This is an internal bug fix: it changes how the bulk-delete confirmation modal is presented on the Spend page — replacing TransitionTracker.runAfterTransitions with the new showConfirmModalAfterMoreMenuDismiss helper to fix an animation conflict with the native iOS modal. The user-facing behavior of deleting expenses in bulk is unchanged, and no feature names, tab names, settings labels, or buttons are added or modified.

Because there's no change to documented product behavior, no help site articles need updating, so I did not create a draft help site PR.
