This PR is an internal refactor — part of deprecating Onyx.connect() for the ONYXKEYS.CONCIERGE_REPORT_ID key. It threads a conciergeReportID param through the Concierge-identification and LHN-ordering helpers (ReportUtils, SidebarUtils, OptionsListUtils, DebugUtils, useSidebarOrderedReports) and the internal Debug tab, replacing an Onyx.connect() read.

None of this changes documented, user-facing product behavior:

• The plumbing of conciergeReportID is a code-level data-flow change; the resulting LHN behavior for Concierge is unchanged.
• The GBR reason display lives in Debug mode, a developer-only tool that isn't covered in the public help site (App/docs/articles).

Since there's no user-facing behavior to document, I did not create a draft help site PR.

I reviewed HELPSITE_NAMING_CONVENTIONS.md, HELP_AUTHORING_GUIDELINES.md, and TEMPLATE.md before concluding. If you believe a specific article should be updated (e.g., something about Concierge behavior that this PR indirectly affects), let me know which one and I'll draft the change.
