Use custom compass on the maps

Explanation of Change

Per @shawnborton request:

• Replaces the default Mapbox compass with a custom compass (on mobile, we do not show any compass on web). Tapping it resets the map heading to 0°.
• added shouldDisplayCompass prop to control if we want to display compass on a map to hide it on the expense preview after it's submitted.

Hey, I noticed you changed src/languages/en.ts in a PR from a fork. For security reasons, translations are not generated automatically for PRs from forks.

If you want to automatically generate translations for other locales, an Expensify employee will have to:
