[Domain Control] Fix security group details visible after offline deletion

Explanation of Change

Follow up PR to adding 'Delete group' setting to domain security groups - blocking access to a group being deleted, and avoid flashing the not-found page during RHP navigation. Adding changes requested in previous PR (docs)

PROPOSAL:

Tests

Preconditions:

• User is a domain admin
• User has at least 2 security groups in his domain

1. Navigate to /domains/<domainAccountID>/groups
2. Open a non-default security group (any group that is not set as "Default group")
3. Simulate offline mode
4. Click Delete Group and delete a group.
5. Ensure that RHP screen isn't flashing Not found page.
6. Ensure that Not found page is visible when opening security group page via deeplink (/domains/<domainAccountID>/groups/12345678)
7. Ensure that for non existing group there is Not found page

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
