Fix blinking on Accounting Centre Pane when clicking of modal asking for setting up of 2FA when connecting to Xero

Details

Xero connection requires enabling 2FA. When we click on Xero in Accounting with an account without 2FA enabled, a modal opens asking to set up 2FA. On clicking the confirm button, the accounting center pane blinks due to an unnecessary call to dismissModal. This PR fixes it.

Tests
