• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

Ok so one issue is that it was under the wrong hub -- @puneetlath I added an identical file under the correct file path, and deleted the one under the wrong file path. Would you mind giving this a quick approving review once more?

This is still failing -- Enforce that a redirect link has been created. This is a brand new article and new file being created, so I'm not sure how to fix this since it shouldn't have a redirect.
