Details

Add support for the DISMISSED_VIOLATION system message in NewDot.

Tests/QA

1. In OldDot, create an expense with the 7 Day Waiting violation by having a connected card importing transactions into your account and then SmartScanning a cash expense. Make sure the expense is on a policy with Policy Expense Chat Enabled.
2. Once you have the expense with the violation, use the following JS snippet to grab the transaction ID when viewing the expense in MegaEdit in OldDot:

g_megaEdit.expense.transactionID

3. Once you have the transactionID, run the following JS snippet in the console as well to mark it as cash manually (don't use the button!)

API._performPOSTRequest("MarkAsCash", {transactionID: <FILL_IN_WITH_TRANSACTION_ID>});

4. Ensure that the system message appears for the associated transaction thread of the same expense in NewDot:
