Migration of addplaidbankaccount.js to function component

Tests

1. Go to settings/payments and click add payment method. Click add bank account.
2. Verify that the Plaid oAuth flow opens.
3. Complete the Plaid flow.
4. Verify that you get navigated to the screen where you can choose the account (inside the Expensify app).
5. After choosing the account, click the button Save & continue
6. Verify that the account gets added, or if it was added before, that the error "Bank account can't be created, it looks like a bank account with the same information already exists in your account." appears.

Offline tests

1. Click add bank account.
2. If you go offline before Plaid opens, "You appear to be offline" should be displayed. After going back online, Plaid should open.
3. If you go offline while in the Plaid flow, you should be navigated to the Payment screen.
4. If you go offline at the screen where you choose the bank account, "You apper to be offline" should be displayed. After going back online, the app should continue working normally.

I noticed that the web offline behaviour is different depending on if it's staging or local build.

  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions

  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
