Update the Android app name to 'Expensify Chat'

Details

Renames the Android app to Expensify Chat. We already planned to do this, but due to an imminent Play Store delisting, we need to change the Android app name TODAY.

On Sunday, Google will delist the app from the Play Store if we can't get them to see reason via our email responses. We know from experience that getting the app re-listed takes time.
