Use parentReportID for report edits when modifying thread parent action

Details

When a user creates a thread and edits the parentAction of that thread, we need to send the parentReportID, not the childReportID in the resulting network request. We know the user is editing the parentAction when the parentReportActionID and reportActionID are the same.

3. In the Network tab, confirm the onyxData in the response for the UpdateComment command has an onyxMethod merge with the key reportActions_<reportID>
4. Confirm that reportID matches the reportID of the report where the comment was edited.

Threaded non-parent action comment

1. Open the developer console and navigate to the Network tab
2. Edit a comment in a threaded chat (note: this cannot be the comment that initiated the thread)
3. In the Network tab, confirm the onyxData in the response for the UpdateComment command has an onyxMethod merge with the key reportActions_<reportID>
4. Confirm that reportID matches the reportID of the thread report where the comment was edited.

Threaded parent action comment

1. Open the developer console and navigate to the Network tab
2. Edit the parent comment (i.e the comment that initiated the thread) in a threaded chat
3. In the Network tab, confirm the onyxData in the response for the UpdateComment command has an onyxMethod merge with the key reportActions_<reportID>
4. Confirm that reportID matches the reportID of the parent report where the thread was initiated.
   • note: it is known that there are two identical reportActions_<reportID> objects in this case, this is resolved in a separate internal PR
