Removes loading spinner which will help enable browsing workspace settings while offline

Added videos for platforms I could get running but we have build problems preventing me from testing iOS and Mobile Web. I'm highly confident this should work on those platforms (just removing a UI fragment) though so I'll merge this to unblock the rest of our work
