This was a new feature so I'm not sure checklist is required but we could add these testing steps:

1. Go to Search and focus the search input.
2. Type withdrawal-status: and verify the autocomplete suggests never alongside pending, cleared, and failed.
3. Open the advanced filters → Withdrawal status and verify a Never option appears in the multi-select list.
4. Select Pending and Never, apply, and verify the query round-trips as withdrawal-status:pending,never and the filter chip shows Pending, Never.
5. Run type:expense feed:"Expensify Card" withdrawal-status:pending,never and verify it returns pending plus not-yet-settled Expensify Card expenses (the current-balance set).
