App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Sign in with an expensifail account and create a submit workspace
2. Go to submit workspace and create an expense.
3. Change the app to land scape mode > Tap on submit
4. Observe the popover

Expected Result:

Confirm button appears on the popover and user is able to submit the expense

Actual Result:

Confirm button doesn't appear on the popover and user is not able to proceed
