Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Use expensifail account.
Prerequisite 2: Account has a workspace with "Distance Rates" enabled.

  1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
  2. Navigate to "Workspaces" > Workspace > "Distance Rates"
  3. Click on "Add Rate"
  4. Create a new rate with "Start" and "End" dates and save it.
  5. Navigate to #Admins room of the workspace and open the thread created with distance rates updates.
  6. Return to "Workspaces" > "Distance Rates"
  7. Open the just created rate, edit "Start" date and save it.
  8. Return to thread conversation.
  9. Note that after some time, a "Concierge is thinkig" and a "Concierge is working on your request" indicator appears below created change log. (It could take a minute to appear)
  10. Note that nothing happens after indicator disappears.

Expected Result:

No Concierge indicator should be displayed below the message generated after editing dates on a distance rate.

Actual Result:

"Concierge is thinking" and "Concierge is working on your request" indicators are displayed below threaded message created after editing dates on distance rate.
