Workspace - Currency tab appears greyed and blocked momentarily when opening settings #9228

Action Performed:

Pre-Condition: User has a workspace

  1. Access staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Sign into a valid account
  3. Tap on "Profile" icon > "Workspace" > "General Settings"

Expected Result:

The user expects to see the currency tab white and able to immediately be accessed

Actual Result:

The currency tab is greyed out and blocked for a couple of seconds before the user is able to access it. It happens on all platforms, some for a longer period than others
