Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app)
App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Create a manual expense and submit it to another user,
3. Navigate to "Spend" > "Expenses"
4. Note that "From" field is visible on the just submitted expense preview but "To" field is not displayed.

Expected Result:

"From" and "To" fields, should be visible on IOU preview on "Expenses" section on "Spend". Name and avatar of submitter and receiver should be visible on those fields.

Actual Result:

"To" field, showing name and avatar of receiver, is not visible on IOU preview on "Expenses" section on "Spend".
