Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create two Distance expenses.
4. Open the report.
5. Click Merchant field.
6. Type anything and press Enter.

Expected Result:

Merchant in distance expense should not be editable.

Actual Result:

Merchant in distance expense can be edited by inline editing.
