[Due for payment 2026-07-28] [$250] Add shortcut to see expensify card balance on reports page

Coming from here, we want to add a shortcut from the workspace Expensify Cards page to show which card transactions are counted against an Expensify Card feed's current balance. Some thoughts on it:

• Tapping the shortcut from the Expensify Card feed would bring you to Reports with the following search query selected: type:expense feed:Expensify Card withdrawn:never withdrawal-status:pending.
  • The specific Expensify Card feed the user came from would be the one selected, in the event there are multiple options.
  • The withdrawal-status piece relies on [Due for payment 2026-05-18] [$250] Add support for a withdrawal-status filter in search #87965 being done.
• To start, this shortcut would only live on the Expensify Card page. We wouldn't add a default saved search to the LHN on Reports.
• Interested in thoughts from design on the best way to present this on the Expensify Card page. A few ideas:
  • Adding a small link to the Current balance section, something like View transactions.
  • Add a View transactions link to the tooltip that already exists with Current balance.
  • Make the entire Current balance section clickable, or something like that.
  • Something else?
• I think the first option is my fave, but interested to hear what you think!
• The Current balance section also sometimes has a Settle balance button, so that is something to consider space-wise too.
• I'm envisioning that this button would always appear, even with a $0 balance. That seems simplest, and IMO it's fine to link to an empty search when a balance is $0. It reinforces the idea of how this works.

Yeah, honestly I like the simple link idea the most:

We could link the label but it feels weird and doesn't work well with the tooltip icon next to it:

The popup idea is clean too, but a little less discoverable:

Yeah I prefer the little View transactions link the best as well. Runner up is in the popover but I feel like no one is ever going to find that haha. If people are wanting this, let's not make them hunt for it.

Yeah I don't mind them either. The blue link is a bit visually bold when you look at the page as it's almost the first thing that draws your attention which I'm not sure is ideal, but it solves a problem. I could also see a more subtle treatment:

We need #87965 to proceed here, but we can solicit proposals for now. Unless anyone comments otherwise about the design direction, will update the issue and start that process on Monday!
