App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM.
3. Create two expenses.
4. Go to Reports > Expenses.
5. Bulk select the expenses.
6. Click dropdown button > Edit multiple.
7. Click Amount.
8. Press - on the keyboard.

Expected Result:

Negative sign can be inserted when bulk editing self DM expenses because negative amount can be created for self DM expenses.

Actual Result:

Negative sign cannot be inserted when bulk editing self DM expenses.
