Filename in pdf not being preserved when downloading

1. Upload a pdf with an easy-to-remember file name
2. Download the pdf after you've uploaded it

Expected Result:

The file name to stay the same as when it was uploaded.

Actual Result:

File name changed to random numbers.

@thienlnam - looking at the linked issue, it doesn't seem like we actually changed this in the first place for download. Only the filename in the preview text on upload.

Just checking.. from the original slack thread, can preserving the filename on download be achieved as an external issue or does it need to be internal?

download might have to be handled internally as it redirects to the expensify.com with authorization token and gets downloaded with a timestamp.

Yeah it looks like this has always been some random generated download string. From a first pass, this should be able to be done externally. It seems like we'd just need to pass in the desired filename into the download method
