App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Create scan expense in the workspace chat, uploading a valid receipt (not pdf)
2. Fully close the app (Drag up from the bottom and close it, or in emulator press Cmd+Shift+H,H and swipe the app up)
3. Reopen the app, open any expense with a receipt
4. Open the receipt, click the 3dot menu, click Download

Expected Result:

"Attachment successfully downloaded" is shown on the screen

Actual Result:

"Attachment error. Attachment can't be downloaded" appears on the screen.

Workaround:

Try to download again
